These terms describe how you may use Flipy, what you can expect from us, and the few rules we ask every player to follow.

- Flipy is a casual on-device game with optional ads shown only between rounds.
- No account or sign-in is required; your progress stays on the device you play on.
- By playing Flipy you agree to use the app in a lawful way and respect other players.
1. Using Flipy
You may download and enjoy Flipy for personal entertainment. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. Reverse engineering, resale, or distributing modified builds is not permitted.
2. Accounts & purchases
Flipy does not require user accounts and currently offers no in-app purchases. If we introduce optional paid content in the future, we will update these terms and clearly communicate pricing.
3. Advertising
Ads appear only between game rounds. We partner with ad providers who respect regional content standards, but we encourage guardians to supervise younger players whenever ads are displayed.
4. Acceptable use
Please refrain from attempting to disrupt gameplay, harass other players during multiplayer sessions, or misuse Flipy’s services. We reserve the right to limit access if misuse is detected.
5. Liability
Flipy is provided “as-is.” While we work hard to keep the experience smooth, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for loss of progress if you delete the app or reset your device.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Flipy evolves. When changes are significant, we will surface an in-app notice and refresh the effective date below.
