Your privacy belongs to you. This policy explains the limited data Flipy handles and how we keep every session secure. Flipy is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

- No personal accounts or sign-ins required for any game mode.
- Progress, unlocked themes, and preferences remain saved locally on your device.
- Ads load only between rounds and may reach third-party ad networks for delivery.
- Flipy is for adults (18+) and not intended for children under 13.
Data we collect
Flipy does not collect names, emails, or precise locations. We only store gameplay progress, accessibility preferences, and unlocked cosmetics locally.
Offline gameplay
You can play every core mode without an internet connection. Ads and content updates require connectivity but the game itself remains fully functional offline.
Diagnostic information
When the app encounters a critical crash, anonymized logs (device model, OS version, app version) may be sent to help us troubleshoot stability issues.
Third-party advertising
Our advertising partners may use anonymous identifiers to show relevant ads. We do not tag the app as child-directed and we block sensitive categories by default.
Audience and age rating
Flipy is designed for an adult audience (18+). It is not intended for children and should not be used by individuals under the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 17, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and in accordance with local laws.
Managing your data
You can delete local save data anytime by clearing the app cache from your device settings. Doing so will reset your streaks, card backs, and challenge progress.
Children’s privacy
Flipy is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us information can contact us using the information provided below.
Updates
We will update this policy whenever we introduce new features that change how data is handled. Important updates appear in-app and on this page.
